The Decionis extension hooks Adobe Commerce's checkout webhook synchronously: an order that breaks your margin floor is halted at the point of placement, and anything the engine can't evaluate is let through rather than blocked. It has passed Adobe's technical review on Magento 2.4.9 and is awaiting marketplace release.
