Autonomous systems now take real, expensive, sometimes irreversible actions — and someone has to own the moment before execution. Decionis is a five-person team building that moment as infrastructure: policy answers before the action commits, a named human is pulled in when the rules demand one, and every verdict leaves signed proof.
Decionis, Inc. is a Delaware C corporation founded in June 2026 by a named team with operating depth in financial systems, procurement, and platform architecture.
These are not values-page abstractions — each one is visible in the shipped product and the codebase, and a candidate can verify every claim before a first conversation.
Metric floors carry verification dates, case studies refuse unapproved numbers, and tests fail the build when copy claims more than the system can prove. The marketing site is held to the same review bar as the protocol.
Timeouts deny. Invalid proof denies. An intent no rule covers queues for review instead of running. The default answer to uncertainty is a held action and a named human, and that posture shapes how we build everything.
Policy authors cannot approve their own rules, escalations route to a person with authority, and every override is signed. We build maker-checker into the product because we believe in it — and we work that way ourselves.
Every decision leaves an Ed25519-signed Decision Dossier that verifies offline against a published JWKS. The standard we hold shipped work to is the same: verifiable by someone who does not trust us.

We hire deliberately and in small numbers, and this page follows the same rule as the rest of the site: it lists what is real, so when a role opens it appears here first. We do not keep evergreen listings up to look busier than we are.
If you build trust-critical systems — policy engines, payments, verification, agent infrastructure — and want in early, we read every note. Write to hello@decionis.com with something you have shipped and why this problem.
