The card-standards body is drafting what already ships
On 1 September 2026 EMVCo published a draft framework for card-based agentic payments whose central construct, Intent Services, registers and manages consumer-authorised intent before, during and after a transaction, with recurring purchases and cumulative budgets as the named hard cases; comments close on 30 September. Decionis operates per-action authorisation with a signed, re-derivable record today, outside the payment rail and outside the agent. It is not an EMVCo member, subscriber or associate.
Nevarn — automated on-chain and off-chain trading platform — runs Decionis as the authority every trade must ask, and refuses the trade when that authority cannot be reached. Affiliated with the Decionis founding team. Named with written consent.
