Webex App Hub support covers enterprise operations, from your first install to enforcement.
Pricing is at /pricing. To deliver into a Webex Space, you need its Space ID and a Control Hub admin to authorize the Decionis Service App.
Response Targets
- • P1 incident: initial response within 1 hour during coverage windows.
- • P2 operational issue: initial response within 4 business hours.
- • General request: initial response within 1 business day.
