Decionis requires a paid Webex license, a Decionis account, and enterprise configuration. There is no free tier.

Installation & configuration
Connect the AI Agent in four steps
1. Install Decionis from Webex — your workspace sets itself up
- Installing from Webex uses your session to create your Decionis workspace and org credentials automatically.
- There's no separate Decionis signup and no API key to copy by hand — the native install provisions everything from your session.
2. Register the Decionis MCP server
A one-time setup in the Webex Developer Portal — open Agentic App → MCP and add:

3. Have the agent call Decionis before risky actions
- Point the agent at Decionis before it runs a refund, payment, discount, or record change.
- The agent gets back allow, block, or escalate — with the policy version, the reason, the dossier ID, and a verify link.
4. Watch, then enforce and verify
- Start in shadow mode to see the calls Decionis would make, then enforce so the agent only acts on an allow.
- Open the signed Decision Dossier on the public verify page to confirm it works end to end.
The MCP server and governed decisioning are live today. Register the MCP server in the Webex Developer Portal and your agents can call it right away.
