Installation & configuration
Set up the Service app in four steps
1. Install Decionis from Webex — your workspace sets itself up
- Installing from Webex uses your session to create your Decionis workspace and org credentials automatically.
- There's no separate Decionis signup and no API key to copy by hand — the native install provisions everything from your session.
2. Authorize the Service App in Control Hub
Register the Service App OAuth with the values below, then have a Control Hub admin authorize it for your org. That authorization is what turns on native delivery into your Webex spaces.

3. Connect a Webex space
- Add a Webex Space ID so governed reviews land with the right people.
- Choose which actions need a human — refunds over a threshold, vendor payments, policy exceptions.
4. Run a decision and verify
- Send a sample approval through — fund disbursement, procurement override, sensitive change.
- Open the signed receipt (a Decision Dossier) on the public verify page to confirm it works end to end.
Governed decisioning is live today. Native delivery into a Webex space switches on once a Control Hub admin authorizes the Decionis Service App for your organization (step 2).
