Decionis Commerce Gate for Business Central

Candidate Microsoft packaging: hosted Commerce Gate SaaS with a native Business Central extension for supported sales-document release and posting checks. This page is a working copy draft; it is not a submitted Marketplace listing.

Draft offer copy

Evaluate supported Business Central sales-document release and posting events against customer-defined margin and agent-spend policies. The native extension calls the hosted Commerce Gate decision service and returns ALLOW or BLOCK for the submitted transaction. Customers choose the documented company-wide FAIL_OPEN or FAIL_CLOSED behavior and enable only the workflows they have validated.

Business Central coverage is limited to the implemented sales-document events. The extension does not govern every Business Central write path and does not run a historical order backfill.

Commercial terms

The Partner Center plan IDs, Marketplace prices, billing terms, trial, included usage, and entitlement mapping are unresolved. Public Commerce Gate pricing is maintained separately at commerce.decionis.com/pricing; its public amounts are not evidence of Marketplace prices.

Offer boundaries

The existing Teams approvals private beta and the documented Dataverse offer are separate paths until their Partner Center identities and entitlements are reconciled with this candidate structure. This draft makes no co-sell, Azure IP co-sell, MACC, or Microsoft endorsement claim.

Release gates before submission

  1. 1Confirm the live publisher, seller, offer ID, plan IDs, and markets in Partner Center.
  2. 2Select the authoritative SaaS fulfillment implementation and validate its authentication and operation lifecycle.
  3. 3Build and sign the Business Central extension, install it in a clean sandbox, and validate supported release and posting events.
  4. 4Complete the purchase and subscription lifecycle in a Partner Center preview.
  5. 5Confirm Marketplace pricing, support commitments, and applicable program eligibility before publishing those claims.
